The Guaranty Trust Bank Telephone Banking Service is a full automated telephone enquiry service that provides you data on your account instantly. The system has been configured to be user friendly. Once you dial in, you will be guided through the service options by a voice recording done in a clear and friendly tone. The service was implemented with input from some of our customers during the test phase. We did this to ensure that you receive a telephone banking service that is tailored to your needs.

 

How do I sign on?

It is easy. Simply Contact a GTBank branch nearest to you, fill out the easy-to-fill form you shall be presented with and return it. The Customer Service Officer will be pleased to advise you of your initial passcode, which gives you access to the service immediately.

Your passcode is a unique means of identifying yourself to the system. It functions just like a password. Once you receive this passcode, you are advised to change it immediately. Please do not disclose this code to anyone.

 

What do I Do?

Once you sign on for the Guaranty Trust Bank Telephone Banking Service, you simply call 4376387, 4376388 or Ext 351 and allow a staff to guide you through the service options .

 

Confidentiality and Security

GUARANTY TRUST BANK is committed to customer confidentiality and security. This is why each Telephone Banking customer has a unique customer PINCODE and a pass code which is private to the individual.

 

How does this affect my regular Banking Transactions?

The addition of telephone banking gives you more flexible banking services. You can continue using your local Guaranty Trust branch in just the same way. The security of your transactions are guaranteed provided you follow the advice on PASSCODE security.

The only difference is that now you have a choice. If you don't have time to get to the Bank or maybe the Bank has closed for the day, you can pick up the phone and access the service.
